As Minister Counsellor/Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of St. Vincent and the Grenadines in Washington, D.C., and later as the highest-ranked member of the OAS General Secretariat in Suriname, Fitz demonstrated his ability to advocate for Vincentians on the global stage.
